Ina-Garten
Ina Garden is a famous American cookbook writer who has been awarded Emmy awards. She is the host of the longest-running Food Network program, Barefoot Contessa. The series began in 2002. It is scheduled to air for another 27 seasons. Ina began her career by working for the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget and policy papers. Her first impression was that her job as stimulating intellectually, however she soon lost interest, and opened a food specialty store known as Barefoot Contessa. After nearly 18 years of making the business a massive success, she decided to sell it and started writing her first book. Numerous other books as well as newspaper articles were published. A different hit is her Food Network Television show. She also sells a range of product from cooking ingredients to storage and equipment. Ina, who is self-taught, has never studied at the culinary institute or at an establishment. She is an easy cook, and also for her entertaining manner. Her most well-known recipes include simple recipes such as Skillet Baked Lemon Chicken Macaroni and Cheese using Beef Bourguignon as well as the Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
