Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her university education. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests like that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. At the close of 2009, she won four more fitness titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won sixth place in her Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in, was delighted with her performance. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using the machine as well as bent-over rows. In the beginning, she is warm before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. She would do this type of workout twice per week, with one day being a lighter weight and the other heavier weight day.
