Cecily strong

Cecily Legler Strong, an American stand-up comedian and performer, is famous for her role as a member of the cast in 'Saturday Night Live.' She began her career in acting, but discovered her love for stand-up comedy at nine following a course in Improv. She initially wanted to be an actress but soon realized she was gifted in comedy. So her career focus was shifted to improv. Her first gig was on cruise ships alongside fellow crew members from Second City Conservatory and iO Chicago. Strong was able to continue performing at large-scale events like Chicago Sketch Fest, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, New York Sketchfest, and Virgin Daiquiri which is an female-only improv troupe. Her breakthrough came in 2012 when she joined "Saturday Night Life" during the 39th Season, as a featured cast member co-anchoring on the Weekend Update segment first with Seth Meyers and later with Colin Jost. One of her most memorable moments was in"The Girl that you'd rather not have started conversations with at a event'. Her debut came as a film star in the movie that was also titled "How to make money from the Uterus".
